By clicking you are accepting all the terms of this reservation. We do not deviate from these terms, please do not ask us to. If you are not comfortable with our terms, do not reserve a campsite. Please note there has been several changes to our policies for the 2024 camping season so read our terms and conditions carefully.

Reservations at The Drayton Valley RV Park are open 365 days a week, as we operate throughout the year. By utilizing Campspot’s platform to book reservations at Elevated Experience Camping, you acknowledge and agree to our terms and conditions. Campspot retains the right to store personal information, requiring your credit card number for booking purposes. All reservations mandate a credit card, and a NON-REFUNDABLE $12.00 (plus GST) reservation system fee is charged upon booking to secure your camping reservation. Cancellations necessitate a minimum 72-hour notice (within a 24-hour clock starting at midnight). Cancellations made within 72 hours will not receive a refund, and no-shows will incur the full reservation amount.

Please Note: Unfortunately, Elevated Experience Camping is not responsible for refunding reservations and/or campsites due to government restrictions, including but not limited (Pandemic ECT.) or other circumstances such as fire, traffic delays, highway closures, accidents, illness, accidentally unintentionally reserving incorrect dates, campsite or campground (we have two) zombie apocalypse, Sasquatch sighting, or any other event that could be considered an “act of God” We urge you to consider this matter seriously before accepting these terms as part of the reservation process.

To guarantee any site in the campground, lock fees of $6.00 per campsite is required. Unlocked sites may be subject to relocation without notice. Please read the terms carefully around lock fees.

Campspot and Elevated Experience Camping offers multi-site bookings. Multi-site bookings require one credit card for reservation, and it is the responsibility of the cardholder to collect outstanding payments from their group.

Elevated Experience Camping will collect full payment from the original credit card used to make the reservation.

For the 2024 season, campers can cancel reservations online. Refunds follow Elevated Experience Camping’s policy, requiring a minimum 72-hour notice THIS IS A 24hr CLOCK THAT STARTS AT MIDNIGHT AND IS AUTOMATIC). Refunds are processed as Camp Guest Credit; credit card refunds require an email to info@eecDVRVpark.com. Reservation changes incur a $10.00 administration fee, and fees cannot be waived.

Cancellations will not be accepted over the phone. All refunds exclude the non- refundable reservation Fees of $12.00 plus GST. 

For the 2024 camping season, check-in time is set for 3:00 pm, and we may accommodate early check-ins upon request. Check-out time is at 12 noon every day of the week.

All reservations are exclusively made online, 24/7, at ElevatedExperienceCamping.com. If you’ve completed online check-in, there’s no need to stop at the office upon arrival.

Check-in and check-out procedures:

Visitors are always welcome. The campground quiet time is 11 pm. We kindly ask that all visitors depart by the designated quiet time to ensure a peaceful atmosphere for all campers.

RV AND TENT SITES

Campsites include 8 guests max., one R.V. or one tent, and two vehicles per site. Additional tents are $15.00 per night per site (immediate children excluded) to a maximum of 2 tents.

Additional R.V. units are $20.00 per night per site.

Parking is limited: please inquire if there is parking for more than two vehicles.

Well-behaved pets are welcome and must always be on a leash. We ask that your pet not be left alone at your Campsite and clean up after your pets. There is a maximum of two pets per site.

There is a $100 automatic fee to the credit card on file for the campsite for the following:

  •     Unkept Campsites
  •     Nails, staples, or other debris found in the firepit that would indicate unclean wood was burned.
  •     The dropping of an ATV, recreation vehicle in the campground
  •     Cut or burned trees/ wild brush from inside the campground. 
  •     Burning garbage in a campsite fire pit
  •     Leaving a campfire unattended will result in a $600 fee as per Alberta Fish and Wildlife 

Washrooms – Only flush human waste and toilet paper. Please do not flush feminine products, applicators, paper towels, disposable wipes, diapers, etc.

Household garbage only.

Do not store garbage at your site or beside the dumpster as it attacks unwanted wildlife: no Cardboard, TVs, Coolers, Tents, Chairs, or any other Large Items.

ELEVATED EXPERIENCE CAMPING POLICIES

Campsites: Our campers are responsible for their campsite. This includes cleanliness,

wilderness preservation & guest conduct. Campsites that are not left clean will be subjected to a $100 cleaning fee.

Campfires: Campfires are only allowed in designated fire rings. Campers can no longer bring their own firewood. Clean, cut-up firewood “only”, can be used in our firepits.

No pallets, pressure treated wood, wood containing nails, screws, chemicals from adhesives and paint may be burned in the campground. This is an automatic $100 additional charge.

Firewood can be purchased from our store and delivered directly to your site. 

Under no circumstances can you leave a campfire burning unattended and leave the campsite. This is an automatic $600 additional charge through Alberta Fish and Wildlife.

Speed Limit: Limited speed in the park is 20km an hour. Kids are playing in the park.

Absolutely no fireworks or firearms are permitted, in accordance with Bylaw 680-09. Additionally, the use of chainsaws, power tools, motorized vehicles such as ATVs, dirt bikes, and horses is strictly prohibited. We prioritize the safety and tranquility of our campground, and these regulations help maintain a peaceful and secure environment for all campers. 

Generators: Use between 10:00am – 10:00pm, daily.

Alcohol: Prohibited outside of designated sites.

Marijuana: Prohibited use in common areas.

Pets: Pets must be tied up & on leash at all times & campers need to clean up after their pets each time. Failure to clean-up may result in a fine up to $100.00.

Garbage: Only household garbage to be left at the campground. No electronics, chairs, coolers, small appliances etc.

Management is not responsible for personal injury, damage to property, lost or stolen items.

LONG WEEKENDS

A minimum reservation for long weekends is 3 nights.

PAYMENT

Reservations can be paid by Visa, Mastercard or American Express. We cannot guarantee a Visa/ Mastercard Debit will work within our system. All sites must be paid in full before proceeding to your site.

Our store is always stocked with camping essentials and goodies, ensuring that you have everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable camping experience.

Full-Service Campsite (POWER/WATER/SEWER) – $50.00 per night

Tenting Sites – $20.00 – $25.00 per night

Firewood – $12.00 a bundle

Elevated Experience Camping privately manages this property, and we retain the right to evict or refuse service to any guests who do not comply with the policies of Elevated Experience Camping, the town of Drayton Valley, and Recreation and Tourism Alberta. Please be aware that information, policies, and prices of Elevated Experience Camping and Drayton Valley RV Park Campground are subject to change without prior notice. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our guidelines for a pleasant and safe camping experience.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The rates displayed are subject to change, and charges apply exclusively for the utilization of the designated site and campground amenities. The campsite is intended for vacation purposes only. The town of Drayton Valley and Elevated Experience Camping Inc, the operators of the Drayton Valley RV Park, bear no responsibility for losses incurred due to fire, theft, collision, natural disasters (referred to as “Act of God” events), or any other incidents affecting trailers, tents, vehicles, or their contents, whether resulting from negligence or otherwise.

The use of The Drayton Valley RV Park and its equipment by yourself, your family, and your guests is undertaken at your own risk and is subject to the rules outlined by Elevated Experience Camping Inc. You acknowledge receipt of a true copy of these rules and agree to comply with any applicable municipal, provincial, or federal laws and regulations. The Town of Drayton Valley and Elevated Experience Camping Inc, along with their employees, servants, contractors, or agents, shall be held harmless from any claims, whether arising in contract or tort, by or on behalf of all individuals admitted to the campground under or due to this agreement.

Additionally, taxes imposed on trailers, ancillary structures, or the charged rates are the responsibility of the registrants and must be paid as required. The signatory, by clicking the accept button or providing a signature on paper, represents and warrants that they are authorized to sign on behalf of themselves or those they represent. Any violation of this agreement, as determined at the sole discretion of the Town of Drayton Valley and Elevated Experience Camping Inc operators of the Drayton Valley RV Park, may lead to the termination of this agreement.

 

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the guest confirms they are liable and will be charged for any damages incurred during their stay from the credit card used for that reservation, rental or any other service offered by Elevated Experience Camping. We do not deviate from these terms, please don’t ask us to. If you are not comfortable with them, do not reserve a campsite/tenting site.
